Re: Help from the Midwest Coyote hunters.

Is the area pressured a lot by predator callers/trappers? I usually stay at a spot calling for 30 minutes or so. IF you're trying a lot of howling and other types of barking, id switch to strictly some sort of rabbit distress or maybe even a woodpecker in distress if there happens to be fox or bobca...

Re: My 2007 Red Stag

Thanks for the comments everyone, I love to take pictures and I like to write as well.

Gube- I don't remember exactly the amount of acreage, but the Sheer cliffs, valleys, and canyons on the ranch make for a difficult hunt!

I'd love to go back for one of the giant Aoudad's on the property.

Leave it on the whole time, It takes practice to pick out the eyes of a predator coming in but you'll learn quickly.

Re: Coyote bullet...doesn't save fur!

Here in my neck of the woods, coyotes are worth less than spit. Most just leave em where they drop. If you don't care about fur, try a 39gr. Sierra BK Do you think that will lay em down without me having to do a tracking job? That's my main concern. Thanks for the responses! They aren't worth anythi...

Some past hunting photos...

I started out Fishing years before I ever picked up a bow or rifle, and today I enjoy both more then ever. Anything outdoors is great and better then being at work :l0l Here are a few pictures that some of the hunters on this forum may enjoy. 2008-2009 Season Javelina Limit http://i7.photobucket.com...

Javelinas...

I really love Javelinas. But there are a lot of Landowners and Hunters alike that truly hate them. They are considered cornhogs and will finish eat all of the corn thrown from your feeder before the whitetail have a chance to get a single bite! There is a limit of 2 per person per season which upset...

I got to test out a Chip McCormick and the NM and I think the National Match is a MUCH better trigger :chin: The pull and feel of the break was exactly what I like in a trigger. When I found out the RRA NM Trigger was cheaper, that was icing on the cake
