Are there any good instructional videos for reloading? I've never done it, and I want to make sure I do it correctly

I talked to Dan Carey, and he said they make their rifles in 1:10 twist to stabilize 40gr bullets. He said they were having some trouble with the 1:12. They don't stock the 1:12, they only use them if requested by the customer.

I have a Carey Custom .204 in 1:10 Twist. I would like to know this as well

I'm trying to figure out my MPBR

It's not the grain of charge I'm so interested in, as the powder itself. I just wanted to know if certain powders cycled an AR better than others? Even if they are recommended for the .204, would they still not be a good choice for an AR?

Is there anything special you have to do when reloading for the AR?

what about powders? Are there certain powders that perform better in a Semi-Auto?
