There are 2 main styles of flat top ar mounts and you have to decide if you want a quick detach (my personal choice) or a fixed mount! if you want a quick detach look for an american defence mounts on midwayusa.com they are nicely priced (125-200 dollars depending on model) and very well made or a b...

dont laugh but my go to gun is a mossberg 100atr in 30-06 it was one of the first ones that came out before they started stamping there name on the bolt and was bought for me by my father, it has clamed over 15 does and my 130" ten point from last season! but from now on it will be my safe quee...

i am soon to recieve a 6.5x47 lapua barrel for my savage 10 and am planing on reloading for it. I have been searching and it seems that everyone is using either varget, h4350, n550, and re15. 32grain nosler over 29grain BLC-2 in winchester cases light with cci-400 primers fired from a rem 700 sps-v that i shortened the barrel to 19.5 inches, as a side note im getting consistant 1/2 to 3/4 inch groups at 100 so i didnt think this load would work well out at 400 but i was plesantly suprized!

i've got a sps-varmint in 204, my two loads right now a both with 32 grain nosler's and im using 27.8gr benchmark powder in one load and 29.5gr blc-2 in my other load both with win cases and cci 400 primers, its tricky to find the right charge as my 204 has very small accuracy nodes so work up .2 gr...
