Found the answers to my post on Accurate Shooter. A new daily bulletin gives a lot more information regarding this 21 Sharp cartridge being brought by Winchester.

Watch very carefully working up as you mention. That pressure spike can sneak up on you. Always have in mind, YOUR RIFLE/CHAMBER, may not take the max area the book load shows. Safe and sane is the way to go, all while looking for a very accurate load.

I shoot very few 39 SBK's, 98% of my bullet now days are the 32 gr Nosler Lead-free, due to game laws in my state. So I used the same loads on paper when I shoot it or plink around. Like you Rick, I have dealt with Leupold for years. I see so many poo. poo them, but I have found they have super fine products and their service, if needed, like you did, has always been above par. Thanks for adding another reason to deal with Leupold, as one of the best.
