Bear Creek Arsanal
Anyone have dealings with bear Creek and their uppers. Looking at one in 300 blackout, for a truck gun. Would add it to my other uppers. Thanks for any info/comments.

It matters not, if and when you signed in. Now you are in and maybe I should say, Back. Welcome aboard. Site is a good one, but kind of slow lately with conversation, etc. But it is still active, while some others have faded away. Photo's are always welcome also of hunts, areas you travel in and of ...

Re: A simple question for lurkers and active members-
Those a super groups. How do they hold up with a five shot group ? That would be also very interesting. You could well do top dog in a 3-5 shot comp, as Skipper has put on over the last few years. Thanks for sharing again, your results.

Wondered if it was not a Argentine Mauser, a lot of folks, back some years picked those up for very little money and turned them into fine shooting rifles.

That is a nice looking rifle there. Should be a winner, for sure and give you plenty of enjoyment. What is the action you used on it ?
And thanks for sharing info and photo's. we like photo's.

Re: How things change
Nice Elk, even if a rag horn. Good eating no matter. Same with me Rick, I don't do the out of state hunting as I did in years past, but mainly due to loss of the one or two guys I hunted with in Various game camps in the western states. Did do the Elk in Oregon for about 20 plus years and took numer...

How things change
My deer tags this year allow me to hunt in four zones. I just closed out yesterday ( Sunday) in one of them, that I hunt the most. Fair number of Mule deer and cross with Black tail seen and I passed on shooting two fork antlered one's and one fork on right and just barely a three point on the left ...

Know what you mean Skipper. A good dog is a fine asset to any hunt, especially waterfowl. I have always had, mostly Labs. Great dogs.

Re: 21 Sharp cartridge
A solid copper bullet is one of the four types they are putting out, so I read and the bore is slightly smaller than the standard 22 lr bores, that part I wondered about, why ? Cost the article said would be between the 22lr and 22 RFM, so that is not all that much, at least for now. Interesting con...

Re: Grandkids First Texas Dove Hunt
Great Skipper, they are our future, as Rick said. Nothing can beat good, clean outdoor sports and shooting in any avenue is the top choice. Thanks for sharing and those smiles are worth a million dollars, any day. :D Great you have young Grand Kids to do this with. My youngest is now 49 yrs and all ...

Re: 21 Sharp cartridge
Found the answers to my post on Accurate Shooter. A new daily bulletin gives a lot more information regarding this 21 Sharp cartridge being brought by Winchester.
Maybe not so much change as expected over the 22 lr, other than a better bullet selection.

21 Sharp cartridge
Okay, from what I have seen with the little information out right now, it seems the new Winchester 21 Sharp rim fire is a standard 22 RF case, but loaded with a new style ( four of them, one being lead free) bullet. Have not seen any info on specs, but it would seem to me, if it is using the 22lR/rf...

Re: 204 brass
First off list it for sale in the classified/swap section. Second, the average price for the general 100 round box of 204 R brass is a average of around 40.00, Nosler/Norma and other higher end brass goes for more. So you might cut the price of your once fired, depending on brand, by half and put a ...
