Re: don't have pawnshops to stay out of...

How do you get all of those critters to take naps next to your rifle? You must be some kind of varmint whisperer.

Re: I should stay outa pawn shops!

Mike: Okay, send me your shopping list, and I'll continue the pawn shops cruises to see if some other treasure turns up. Not a bad idea actually. You know me, Rick. If you like it, odds are nearly certain I will too. I seem to have an addiction to titanium rifles these days. You know how rif...

Re: I should stay outa pawn shops!

It's been suggested here that I stay out of the local pawn shops for a while. What fun would that be? Forget that nonsense. I have a MUCH better idea. I'll send you my shopping list and let you continue the hunt, because your pawn shops are clearly better than mine. :D That's a sweet HMR, Ri...

http://www.midwayusa.com/product/2130726870/wheeler-engineering-professional-laser-bore-sight I bought one of these, but haven't used it yet. I am a bit skeptical about sticking anything to the end of my barrels, so I will give this a careful look before deciding whether to use it. Reviews of the Wh...

It's not just you, Ramos. I run into the exact same thing.

Congrats on the new rifle, J-Rat. I'm sure it's beautiful and I know it will shoot.

Re: Photobucket

What's the best alternative? I'm sick of Photobucket and opened a Flickr account, but just tried posting pics here from Flickr and got the dreaded red X instead of my pictures. Ugh!

Re: Rifles and a shotgun for sale

You're an honorable man, Mike. There aren't a lot of people who would do this for a dog's surgery and I respect you a great deal for it. You've got some fantastic rifles and I wish you the best of luck with your sales.

Re: Bullet Advice for Prairie Dogs

To me, it comes down to which bullet weight your rifle prefers the most. I shoot prairie dogs with 32's and 39/40's quite a bit, and can't tell any difference in the field results.

Re: P dog hunt for me and wife's grandfather

Harry, with all due respect everyone is looking for exactly what you describe. Those who have found such places tend to keep them very quiet, because once word spreads the places get ruined in a hurry. I've been in your shoes and my best advice is to choose an area that you are interested in and sta...
