Re: Finding 'that' load

I have a CZ 527 American topped with a VXIII 3.5-10x40 that I've been working loads for. Started with 39 gr SBK's and Benchmark (Hornady Brass, CCI and seated 2.940"). Five shot groups were no better than 1.5" - that's from min load working all the way up to max. Moved on to H4895 with sa...

Re: winchester brass

Ian, did not mean to leave you hanging on my last post. I am stuck on the wrong coast in a work required training. Using the wife's tablet and learning to use it on the fly. Just wanted to say sorry if I mucked up your request for information. If you really feel the brass is on the hard side, no ha...

Re: winchester brass

Albeit took him 2 posts to actually say, he wanted to know why Winny brass was "harder" than Nosler brass. Informing him and apparently you, about who actually builds what, with marketing goals(quality) didn't directly address the question??? I'm glad you know how to reload, and enjoy it....

Re: winchester brass

Yes, thank you for the link, now use it to call and have a conversation. Nosler buys brass with their name on it, from Norma, like I said. Winchester, who it seems can F*^k-up a wet dream, ALSO BUYS their branded products from others. Here is what you missed from the business section of the newspap...
