Looks more like a "lite load" not blowing the case neck out enough, pressure blowing down the side from the neck not sealing, pressure blows the case body in.

If it was me, I would go with a little higher ring set. That looks a little too close and as the barrel heats up, it could rub on the scope bell.

Think about this. You're adding weight to the end of the barrel and that changes the harmonics. The barrel won't rise and fall at the same rate it does without the extra weight hanging out front.
Best thing to do is tune your loads with the added weight and then without for best accuracy.
