Re: Question about Bushing Sizing Dies

The neck area will get sized with no problem but somewhere down the road the case body may need to be full length resized or stiff bolt closing may be an issue. Same here, I think the neck resizing won't affect but the other parts that will be taken will be another issue. Just careful in resizing t...

Re: Primer pocket question

I have used both but feel the brushes don't clean the bottom edges as good as a bit. I use a Sinclair pocket uniformer and clean the pocket to the bottom the first time. After that I don't get brass when cleaning the pocket. Yes, I agree that using brushes cannot clean entirely the gun especially t...

Re: Info on some of the shortages

You know, it's good to know that our sons and daughters make up the bulk of our military forces. I don't believe my son is going to willingly come escort me to a detention compound. Then again, he's had his eye on my Sig 516. For me, I will not encourage my son to become an escort for me. I'd rathe...

Re: loading 32g nosler bt

We should have to do reloading in a smooth manual process to have a better results. It can also prevent damage or any accidents if we do it smoothly.

Re: Ring height question

I use Burris Signature rings almost exclusively and typically get by with mediums on everything but 50mm scopes with AO. Not familiar with the Ruger American rifles but I would go with medium signatures, even with the heavier barrel. Same here, I am using that Burris signature too. That could be ve...

Re: Neck Wall Thickness

Great information and completely answers the basic question and I imagine potential future questions I might have had. I have recently begun reloading again after a 40 yr plus hiatus and find that I have forgotten more than I presently know. :) Bob Can you still load with that age?. I am wondering ...

Re: Speaking of N540...

PostPosted: Fri Apr 04, 2014 7:05 pm While loading with it yesterday, my powder measure started having trouble getting the powder out. On the next throw, nothing came out. Next throw, nothing. Nothing. I started to unscrew the drop tube, and all of the backed-up powder came out. I looked in the dro...
