When it comes to reloading equipment such as dies, presses, tools for case prep and such where do you shop? WHOA buddy......I didn't know there was another brother with a .204 from Kans...

Re: OOOps
I have done it 3-4 times..... I just run it back through my RCBS full length die to press it out. You won't set the primer off, it has to be done with an impact. If anything it will just push the anvil out of the primer itself. Usually it will only put a small dent in the primer. You will still be a...

Re: Scales...Whats are we using?
Chargemaster is my choice..... I wish I had 3 of them to keep the pace of loading. It is faster than manual scales by far and just as accurate in my opinion. But will not last forever like the ol' manual scale.

Is this a completly new build? Did you assemble the stock onto the lower?
I think I know what your problem is but I don't want to look stupid before you answer the first two questions.

Re: Sonic Cleaner vgs Tumbler
There are alot of degrees of quality as well. If you have some Chinese Harbor Freight unit compared to my $5000 Sonic System unit there will be a drastic difference in performance. Efficency and performance is key for me. I can clean 500-1000 rounds an hour with mine depending on the caliber. Plus I...

Re: Sonic Cleaner vgs Tumbler
I have a 15 gallon Ultrasonic cleaner made by Sonic Systems Inc. It was designed for cleaning M16 barrels in 15 minutes for the Marines. It is a very expensive unit..... When I can keep it working(I am about to send it back for the second time) it does an outstanding job of cleaning, just not polish...

Re: Action/Bedding Screw(s) Torque Specs
I use a Wheeler torque wrench.....it is pretty accurate. 95 inch lbs for the front bolt, trigger screws(2) 30 to 50 inch lbs. The trigger screws need to be tightened together, not one and then the other. Or do both at 5 inch pound increments until both values are met. Page 20 in the manual has the a...
