Re: 4-14x40 with mil dot for coyotes?
I have a nikon 6- 12 x on my ar in 204. All I do is Coyote hunt with it. After calling many dogs inside of 15 yards I seldom go higher than 6 or 8 power. It is much faster to get on targetas your feild of veiw is much larger. I may start hunting them with my shotgun. No Kidding when calling yotes th...

Re: Upgrading to a progressive press
Dont feel like the lone stranger. Im in the same boat we all are. The current political mess has amo reloading tools and supplies cleaned out! Hopefully it will calm down soon and manufactures will catch up. I was going to get a progressive press for 45 and 380 as well I cant find one Midway had the...

Re: what is the biggest thing
40 pound coyote at 296 yards, is my best yet. It isnt legal to deer hunt with them here. I bet a good shot would do the trick ! Not gonna risk my gun to find out though!

Re: WTB 260 barrel or 243 barrel
You were not real specific what kind of barrel. I have a new take off Factory rem barrel in 243. I paid 60.00 on ebay for it and will sell for same plus shipping. I was going to use it till I discovered my receiver threads are .010 oversized. So I have no use for it. Matt black finished barrel. You ...

Re: current custom builds
I have had a bolt carrier on order for over a month! Time will tell. I bought a couple delaware Machine lowers last March. I paid 65.00 a piece. The same lowers were going for 380.00 on gun broker a couple weeks ago!

Re: About to join the ranks of .204 owners
Converting a 223 to 204, God bless ya you will never look back. I may get reprimanded ,but in my opinion the 204 way out shines the 223 as a varmit round. It doesnt give up much to the 22-250 either inside 400 yrds. When you get a 8 twist 22-250 and heavey bullets. Now that is a different animal. Yo...

Re: My first homemade AR
I built pretty much the same gun a couple years ago, a year later I helped my buddy build one. Both guns are absolute tack drivers! You will not regret the 1in9 twist shilen! I wouldnt trade mine for anything. They really shine with 40 to 50 grainers. However, try the 26 g varmit grenade. The POI is...
