I have one as well on my AR and works great......but for a .17, it is too much scope for the effective range. I would stick with a 9X or at most 14x.

When Full Lenth sizing you must adjust the die to where your handle will "cam" over. Usually 1/8 turn past touching does the trick for me on my RCBS dies.

I use the Competition set by RCBS and have never had a missfeed or problem with chambering. I would recommend that you modify the deflector to keep your brass from getting dinged up and help your sizing.
