New case cleaner - stainless steel pins
Dragging my feet on jumping on the bandwagon. Good friend of mine has a Thumblers Tumbler being used with stainless steel pins. Results are superb! Cases are clean inside, outside, and so are the primer pockets. Yes, you do have to deprime first, so that the pins can float through. http://www.grafs....

Re: Which BCG for New 204 Build?
I like to mix and match external surface finishes. Different carrier finish and different bolt finish. Prefer the chrome lined carrier in melonite finish and a silver finish (there are multiple names - nickel boron, etc). Why? Two different slick finished surfaces are, generally, slippery together. ...

Re: Target for load work
FYI - black and white targets work the best. Human eyes, do well with high contrast, and not color.

Re: Relia-bolt for AR's
Interesting. In theory, yes, it could work better, but, the relief cut, may not allow the bolt to time with respective cuts with reliability. Maybe a slight amount of bevel/chamfer would help, but not as much as the Relia did. Taking a step back, if the bolt/lug are not reliably cycling, then there ...

Re: Single stage press vs turret
I have measured loaded round runout on rounds reloaded on a Redding T7 - very good....actually impressive.
It did take a little tweaking to get the coenctricity though.
I load on a Forster CoAx for single stage reloading....and like it a LOT!
