A suppressor on a .204 will more than likely not be hearing safe as the speed of the .204 round breaks the sound barrier. Where a suppressor really does it's magic is when you combine the correct barrel length with a round going sub-sonic. My best results with a suppressor is my Ruger .22/45 pistol ...

It depends on how much money you want to spend, I like my Ruger 77/17, CZ makes nice ones, some around here swear by Savage, but if you have deep pockets buy a Cooper. Just be warned about the Cooper curse! Awhile back I bought one, now I've got three!!!!!

Yup, you got it. Also don't forget to put a thin coat of grease on the bolt when you clean it. I use Frog lube on my bolt. Gary
