Target turret setting?
Hi there. I,m fairly new to the 204 cal! Just wondering about my target turrets on my Leupold 6-20 , my loads is a 32gr vmax running at 4200fps , I have the turret dialed in on 0 for a 100 meters 0. Any idea how many clicks I will have to dial up for say 150m 200m 250m 300m and 350 if possible. scop...

Re: Warm Loads - Barrel Life
HI mvpal. Not a lot of people here seem to load ww748! . Ive tried 28gr of 748 with a 32 vmax. Do you know what sort of velocity your getting with 29grains of 748?. love to know

Re: Tell me about primers!
Thanks Guys!, putting my mind at ease . As I was experiencing a few flat primers with cci400s In the next round of reloads, I think I,ll use cci br4s, as being a bench rest primer they must be more constant from shot to shot. I still have some winchester,s I would rather not waste, Hopefully these w...

Re: First 204 (wee bit different -suppressor)
Hi there Silverfox , not really sure about the weight as the stock HB start out at 26inch, I had 4 inchs cut off to bring the rifle back up to 26 with the suppressor screwed on. suppressor probably weighs just under a kg. 4inchs off cut barrel plus a fare bit of timber removed from under the barrel....

Re: Most EXPLOSIVE projectile
Ive tried a handful of varmint grenades, but didn't really give them a fair go as my first 5 reloads with these were about 2 inch groups. also I thought begin only 26 grain , they must lack the punch after say 100m , Any ideas on this? Surely the lack of weight must hinder performance pass 100. also...

Most EXPLOSIVE projectile
Hi. I know I,m probably opening up a can of worm here, but I would be interested to hear which is the most explosive projectile. A sierra 32 blitz king or the 32 vmax pushed at about 4000 -4200 as both seem to be just about as accurate as each other in my reloads. thanks

First 204 (wee bit different -suppressor)
Hi all! This is my first post ,so here we go! Just like to share some pics of my new ruger v/t 204, which is very new to me as I have only shot it a handful of times now!. Before the 204 I had a 223 , The 204 really seem to have it all over the 223 in the varmint field! As soon as I purchased the 20...
