Re: Still slow here

I'll try and send you fellars some.
The weather is going to get nicer here with no rain, so if I can quit hobbling around I may get some shooting in.

Re: Still slow here

Rain? We have plenty of that and could actually use some dry for a while.
Maybe next week I can get that 204 barrel installed on a Kimber.

Re: Still slow here

I see jpx2rk lives close to my area. I've got the same weather report as he does. LOL
I'm hoping this humidity heat go away along with my back problem. I've got lots of gun related projects to get started and finished. I'm getting anxious to get this new 204 barrel installed.

Re: Slow Around here

This Sciatica nerve problem is by far worse than the Covid I had. I've had sciatica nerve issues in the past, but darn, nothing like this.
This needs to go away so I can get back to working and shooting.

Re: Slow Around here

Just getting over Covid myself. At 70yrs old I didn't think it was that terrible. Ivermectin a Zpack and I was ready to go. Staying hydrated is very important. This sciatic nerve in the lower back, now that has been a game changer for me. I've noticed that many, if not all of the gun/hunting forums ...

Slow Around here

First the Covid and now a lower back injury has kept me from getting a 84m action rebarreled with Lilja 11T in 204. This will all go in Kimber Montana stock. I've been wanting to do this for awhile and maybe the time has finally come. I was able to pick up more 37gr. CRT bullets to load for this one...

Does anyone have any of the discontinued CRT (Custom Reloading Tools) 37gr. hp bullets they would like to sell.

Thanks

Re: Downsides to the 204 for coyotes

Another bullet that works great for me is a 37gr CRT. Unfortunately that bullet is no longer made, but Blaine at Blackhole Bullets is making a 37gr. I haven't tried any on Coyotes yet, but he told me they were having some good results. I bought some 30gr. 17cal. some years back from Blackhole Bullet...

Re: Tell us about yourself...

Whew hew!!! Skipper was able to get me back on using the forum name I used many moons ago. It's a long story, but the abbreviated version is my email addy changed and forced me to re-register under another name. Skipper worked his magical skills and over rode all that mess and now I'm back on with m...
