I have a dtech upper in 204. 22.5" with 1:10 twist. I have been using 40gr vmax but recently got some 39gr SBKs to try. So far i've been happy with the 40gr vmax.

is hornady brass any good? it seems to cost more than normal Winchester or Remington brass.

.20 caliber bullets are in stock, but you can't find any powder or primers. I can't even find factory loaded .204 ammo around here.
