Here's a photo of Tom, who used one of Mitch's Grendels to kill this poor little critter at a lasered 506 yards.....120gr bullet..... Re: cooper price
With that chambering it would be a M21....and I'd snap it up.
I have a M21 that used to be a 6/223, and thought the twist was slower than I liked....it's now a Pacnor barreled .17FB.....

My hunting partner, Mitch, and I along with his cousin Tom from Las Vegas, hunted with Chris Peterson at Dakota Hunting Trips, about 11 miles west of White River. We signed up for three days of shooting, but the third day we woke up to...

Re: Which Rifle would you pick?
Bill: welcome to the forum!! I've got a Rem LVSF and a Ruger MKII VT and both are great shooters. I don't own any CZs, but there are plenty of guys here on the forum who do, and are very happy with them. Since there are several choices of styles, weights, barrel configuration in each maker's line, i...

Re: Match Grade Bullets for .204
An interesting discussion..... Just for the fun of it....even though we all know that BC isn't everything when it comes to velocity, accuracy or terminal impact on critters, here're the BCs for the weight of bullets under discussion, 39/40gr: Berger 40gr: .225 Nosler 40gr BT: .239 CRT 40gr: .250 Horn...

Re: CFE223: Range Results & Photo
Zeus: yep.....the test target on mine indicated H335.
I've also tried it with my 6BR....again with average accuracy compared to H4895 and RL15.

CFE223: Range Results & Photo
I took my Cooper M21 .204 to the range today with 25 rounds of .204 loaded with CFE223 & 39gr SBKs...... You can see the results on the attached photo....... The string at 29.0gr of CFE223 was on the money, with the exception of the flyer to the right...... The barrel cleaned up nicely, with ver...
