Re: millet scope rings ?

Thumbs down for me on the millet. For some reason, the head of the ring (not base) screws was given very little bearing surface on a set that I had, and with not much effort (no, I did not use a torque wrench but Millet did not provide a spec...) the head of at least one screw actually squeaked THRO...

Re: 204 brass

Yeah, the hornady brass that I had was not real good, but it was from their ammo, and not boxed brass, so perhaps that was a variable?. I always wondered if perhaps I cought some product that "got through" QA by accident or something.. kinda like going to a great reseraunt and getting the ...

Re: Savage 204 range report.... Feedback please

Just an FYI, when developing a load, you must be absolutely sure that each time you squeeze the trigger, you are executing your best shot. You may end up chasing loads, when the groups size is more a function of your shooting. Good rests. No wind. Consistent shooting form. Ask me how i learned thsi,...

Re: new .204

I see that basically everyone offers them in their lineups (Savage, Remington, TC, Ford, Chrysler, GM...), but seeing one "on the rack is a different story.

Was that Grice's in PA? I've had good experience w/them. But I live in NY (commie liberal idiot land...)
