Base & Ring Height for Savage 12 FCV

Post by bkhartman »

Will pick up a Savage 12FCV accu trig/stock tomorrow and looking for advice on mounting a 1" tube 4x16x50mm. I think I will use the Buris Signature rings but not sure of the height needed for that rifle, it has a 26" heavy barrel. Any advice would be great. Thanks Brian

With the 1" tube,50mm objective,at least High rings.Different bases change this as well.

I have a 50mm lens with a 30 mm tube on my FCV. Needed the Burris high rings.

i agree with everyone else, you will most likely have to have high rings.
