After accepting an offer here I have discovered much to my chagrin that an individual cannot ship powder without jumping through some regulatory hoops. This powder is now offered only to those where a face to face is possible. I am in central Texas and could probably arrange delivery to anyplace nearby or even further as friends travel and so do I. This just isn't as easy as it should be. New price is 700$ as there will be no shipping or hazmat fee.
