My First coyote

Post by shotgunred50 »

Here is my first coyote ever and I was lucky enough to have the Model 1 Sales .204 in the blind when he came out at about 100 yds.

Good Job!!! Good thing you had the Black Rifle in your blind with you. Were you bow hunting or what?

Thanks for posting the photos and the story. Did you weigh coyote?

I was deer hunting actually during rifle season here in east tennessee. My .30-06 was giving me problems this year and it is legal to deer hunt in TN with any centerfire rifle now. The next best rifle I have is the .204 so I used it this year.

Nice! And a white-tipped tail? Isn't that a 2 pointer?

Congratulations on your coyote. You'll always remember this first coyote just like remembering your first girl friend. Keep the stories and pictures coming.
Enjoy it while you have it, because things will change.
