Sounds like a good choice Geoff.
I just read a review in Australian Sporting Shooter Mag. Very poorly written and edited. No load test results, and about 1 line on factory ammo results.
Pity really, coz from what I did get out of the review, and a quick glance at Kimber's website, It sounds like a very nice rifle.
Pillar and glass bedded, 24" heavy barrel, adjustable trigger, and nice walnut stock.
Price is pretty reasonable too.

Well worth the wait I'd say. Hopefully the time passes quick for you.
And when you get it, we get photos right?

Seems the writer does most of the articles in this mag, so I wouldn't be surprised if he's pushed for time.
I found the review quite boring actually, but read the whole article as I knew you were expecting one soon, and wanted to see what you are in for.
Yes - I am jealous.
The way things are going here ($$) I won't be up for a new one for a few years, so I'm just gonna live through your joy.
