CZ 527 feeding issues

Post by hazy7 »

Anyone else had feeding issues with a CZ 527 Varmint 4-round mag? Have to use a fair bit of force to push the first round of a full mag into the chamber. Gets easier after that. Same issue with both Remington and Fiocchi factory 32-grainers, that's the only ammo I've tried so far.

We have a CZ American here in 221FireBall. I just left the clip loaded for a whole Summer,, unless transporting,, & it worked itself out. HTH

Thanks Glen I might give that a try. At least the spring is too strong as opposed to not strong enough...

You're Welcome & I agree. It did take a whole Summer to soften the 221 clip up tho.

I just got one, but try to reload to near lands, so I have not been able to use the mag. Next time out, I will load some to SAAMI specs and give my mag a try.
