Anybody ever hunted pdogs near Rapid City, SD?

I regularly hunt prairie dogs several times a year in wyoming, but am headed to Rapid City for work at end of May and will be doing some prairie dog shooting during the evenings. Not interested in guides or hunting on the reservation, just looking for some public or non guided private land opportunities in the area. Done some research and have some maps to potential spotss in the open areas of the grasslands, but have a few questions. Are there pdogs located in the black hills national forest area? Anybody else has some good info or updates on pdog numbers in the area? Thanks.

We hunt north of Rapid City, up near Mobridge. Check out this address: http://gfp.sd.gov/hunting/areas/default.aspx. It will have a link with an online public hunting atlas which lists all of the public hunting/walk in areas in the state.
