Finally gonna pull the trigger

Post by Glen »

on a handgun AND get my CCW!!

I've looked around for a long time & have drooled over all the 1911's I've seen on here & I think I found one I really really like. I'm going with the 9mm so my Wife can shoot it too. She's getting her permit with me!! We're getting her a 380 when they become available around here. She really liked the one we got to check out before the real owner came to pick it up. With money being a precious commodity these days I figure this rig will be just right with a $425 price tag. Now all I gotta do is hope work keeps up with the spending around here.

This rig comes in different color variations but I'm going all black.

I got one of those a couple weeks ago! Real nice shooter.

However, I'm not sure you should mix 1911 with 9mm as you'll surely fire up a purist!

I'm sure that would rile some folks. I just mentioned the 1911's in a passing mode of jealousy on my part. I would love to have one but I don't have the extra bones so I'll go this route & hope I never need it.

Thanks for the good words on this one. I'm happy to know they are liked by at least one person. They seem to have the smaller grips & that would be perfect for my Wife to handle.
