My ruger project is finally completed(atleast for now)

Green mountain barrel, Boyd's ss evolution stock, weaver scope mounts(still the factory base), and a leupold VX-1 3x9 silver scope.

This is my third Boyd's stock. My .17 also has a red laminate stock along with my .223 howa. I didn't think I'd like the ss evolution but it's great.

s-boy: Nice rat-rig there, buddy! :D

Looks like all the work and expense was worth the effort. Now we just need spring to spring, and we'll have lots of targets for that nice little rifle.

I'm a Boyd's Stock fan too, love their nutmeg thumbhole, and have one on one of my custom 10-22's, this one a Clark Custom with a 16.5" long .920" dia. Douglas air-guaged match barrel w/match chamber, complete with the Clark match trigger.....pure death on the local rats:

Once you get her out in the field, give us an idea of how she does on live targets. Both of mine thrive on WW Power Point HP's that really thumps the rats. ;)

Need I say more?
