Talked to Winchester when I got home from work today. They are sending UPS to the house to pick up my recalled ammo. They are going to REPLACE my 5,500 rounds. The coupons are only for those who have a small amount to be returned. (I thought 5500 was a rather skinny amount). I feel better about this now since there is still not a lot of this ammo available.
