Re: Other Hobbies

Honestly I don't know one from the other. I've dabbled in woodworking quite a bit over the years tho & dye stains have been popular the last several years for highly figured Maple. Not taking anything away from the others but that one is a real beauty for sure skipper!!

Re: Hello everybody!!

Thanks Rick!! And you are correct my Friend!! Burnt gun powder has its own unique way of letting you know the day is going to be just a little more productive!!

I did clean all the rifles & shotguns back in April while I was getting ready for Spring turkey season. lol

Re: Little disappointed...

That's about right for most rifles with the 40's for sure, The velocity does seem way too low for the 32's. Should be much closer to 4000.

Re: WSM .223

I wanted a 223WSSm when they 1st came out. Love the idea of burning the air with those little 55gr'ers!! But before I could ever find one in my area the accuracy claims were already all over the net. Many folks that were way better shots than me couldn't get theirs to shoot & the reloa...

Re: 204 Ruger Accuracy Concerns / Problems

40gr factory ammo doesn't do all that well in the .204. Sorry. It's just the way it is. If you can find some 93gr Sierra rds those should shoot much better for you. The 32's should shoot very well for you & will pack some punch out to 200yds. After that,, IMO,, they lose steam. My experiences ov...
