How important is clean brass to accuracy? I love opening a full box of shiny, new looking, reloads. It sure makes me feel better when shooting, but does it really matter that much? Do you clean your brass before, or after you size it?

How do you form your brass for the Vartarg and what weight bullets do you shoot most often? Did you use the CZ action to build your Vartarg? Calhoon claims the 19cal is more efficient than the 20cal. I know bug holes is a lofty expectation for a factory gun, but I get them(though not consistently) with my Tikka and my 204, and both are stark, factory shooters. Just came back from the range. The new 221 is not shooting as well as I would like. It does not seem to actually have anything wrong with it. It just wont shoot bug holes. I've only used Reloader 7 so far with 40gr Vmax's, 50gr VMax's, 50gr TNT's, 40gr Sierra Blitzkings, and 55gr Varmint Nightmares....

What about dies? Do you have them custom made?
