I have a savage model 25 204 ruger wood stock also have rifle basix trigger for it. It has a burris 4.5-14x42mm with the E1 reticle
I'm looking to sale for 600 or trade for a savage or remington action

If u feel like paying hazard shiiping I can help you out guns shops around me are pretty well stocked I have some imr 4895 and some re-10x I can spare also if you leave near a cabelas they have powders that are not avertise on website

Yea I was thinking for a 20br or even a 204 that a 1:8 or 9 twist with a heavy bullet might surprise a lot of people on how well it could shoot a comps.

I was if anyone has experience with one. For me there is something about getting a 40 grain vmax over 4000 fps and being able to shot 55 bergers at pd's this summer. The 55gr would work well for long range and a 4000 fps 40 grainer well you could imagine what that pd would look like if you could fin...

Not really with ramped up production of 223 they use the same machine to produce 204 brass so until they get a huge backorder there may be a shortage coming for the 204. Cross your fingers!

Hey now that you said you had a 6br I'm in the process of building one what's a good starting load and do theyh shoot as good as people say.

I have a burris E1 which has the dots for a 10 mph crosswind for deer calibers but works great for the 204 I have it sighted in for. 100 yards and next line is 250 next 350 next 450 and the dots work for a 10 mph crosswind. It is 4.5-14 x 42mm and runs around 350 dollars and is better than anything ...
