Re: 17FB H4198 vs IMR4198

I use H4198 in mine, works very good, a little better than Benchmark. I have two friends that use H322 and get great results, that what I will try next.

Re: *BEWARE* HORNADY "FREE BULLET" PROMO

Hornady says they are 4 months behind on their Get Loaded bullets promotion. Be patient, I've been waiting since mid Feb for my 1,000 bullets. They will get here when they get here. :D

Re: XR-100

Remington closed out the XR100's at the end of 07 and the begining of 08. I got a NIB 204 for $625.00 shipped back then off of Gun Broker. XR 100 is a model 7 with a 40X trigger and is a single shot like Silverfox said.

Re: Is it just me, or has anyone else.....

There is nothing about that picture that makes me think good things about Forester dies. Even junior high school metal shop 101 would teach one to knock off the burrs and finish the edges...apparently at Forester the machinist missed burr day. Well then you are really not going think good things ab...

Re: New 204 go factory or custom

I fully agree with Glenn on this. Sounds like you have the factory guns covered, may it's time for a custom! I had Kevin Weaver rechamber an XR100 in 204 to a 20 Practical and it shoots great. He is also building me a 20BR, should get it back next month. Build time with him is 4-6 months. Kevin is v...
