WhistlePig - that is why I am doing the load workup that I did.

I want to know what powder and bullet works in my rifle. With any luck, I will be able to pull up on a pdog, guess the range, and let fly....hopefully the end result will be a flying dog at the other end.

This has been fun gents!

So it was MacSkipper that did it to me. I was just planning on sending the bill to Rick in Oregon.

Your snail address? LOL!!!!

Will work it up in 0.1 gr increments...as I did the others.

Maybe...someday...if race n hills will keep the snow AND the wind...I will go punch some paper.

In the link, they are off by a couple feet on total length. I have seen SEVERAL mountain lions that were at least 12 feet and one was 13+...nose to tip of tail. Back home, a local guy used to run the cougars with dogs. He guided some hunts as well. He had a regular cab pickup with a topper on the ba...

Went to the range today. The road was just finished being plowed. The 3' drift, is still there, just made a new trail to go around it. Two frozen layers of snow with several other snow storms in between. Wind was 15-20 mph from the S, SW and a temperature of 15 degrees, did not seem like this would ...

Went to the range today....ALMOST. Road has a 3+ foot drift...probably 100-200 yards long.

Somebody else already tried it...and spent some time trying to dig out - you can tell by the number of footprints surrounding the "crash" site.
