Re: General information re: 204R of mine.

Nice writeup about your steps in getting your rifles tuned in. However, I know for a fact that you use the same steps in getting all your rifles tuned, either for varminting or challenges. We done it together many times. I'm sure many will follow your method closely, but the biggest variable is the ...

Sorry I expressed my thoughts on your plan for a competition. Have what you and all the forum members agree on. I'm out of it.

Re: Small Caliber Posted Results Shoot 2024

I disagree with your plan entirely. your just allowing anyone with a custom rifle to, regardless of caliber, to enter. You, yourself, are planning on using a custom built rifle even if it is a 204R. Go back to your first competition, one official 5 shot target, standard 204R, one official scorer, ho...

Prep your brass the way you want, full length or neck sizing, which ever method gives you the results your happy with.

Re: A simple question for lurkers and active members-

TK, Sorry if I offended you by asking that question.
I've owned a couple 204's, nothing against them, great rifles. Killed a lot of
squirrels and rock chucks when Bill K and I were hunting together.
Age wise, I'll be 77 come May.

P.S. Bill K is the best shooting buddy anyone could have, bar none.

Re: Muzzle break??

Add the muzzle break, she'll be glad you did. I added muzzle breaks to all 3 of my deer rifles, reduced recoil better than 50%.
Who notices the loadness with shooting at game anyway?

ARKEN SCOPES

Likes or dislikes of the Arken scope, EPL4 6-24-50, or the EP5 5-25-50. Thinking of putting one or the other
on a new build, 20 PPC.

Re: Another new gun!

I have Vortex on all my varmint rifles, 17 calibers , 20 calibers and 6mm calibers. This is a personal choice. Budget wise I stay
in my range and shop for sales. There clear, track true, and come with a great warranty.
Main thing, buy what you like, not what someone else likes.
