The Reamer at K&M appears to be an electric machine you bench-mount.

In the tables of min - max powder loads I stay mostly about 1/3 up from the bottom. That should help, too.

I'm having too much fun shooting my .204. Someone asked me what I expected for barrel life. What should I expect?

I try to never let the barrel get hot and clean with patches/H9 every 25-30 rounds, copper remover once a month.

I have stacked 3 SBK 39's at 100 yds several times, and have even stacked 4 a couple of times, but I shoot 5-shot groups and have not gotten the 5th to cooperate yet. I've had a few 5-shot groups under .3, but never under .2 (yet!).

These are my favorite rifle. We have two. One shoots a lot of sub-.5Moa 5-shot groups with 32-gr. SBK's, the other does the same with 39-gr. SBK's. With my 204 my magazine prevents me from getting anywhere near the lands. Doesn't seem to matter, though -- with SBK's I get good groups (average in the .4's), with both the 32's and 39's.
