well i never owned either,,,,,,, and i dont need to tell you a lot more options out there for the remy,,,,i wonder , out of the box no fiddlin with the tikka may shoot better,,

i have the tc venture , and i like it , its trigger leaves something to be desired , i have link to modify the trigger,,,, it shoots 40 gr rounds great

looking at the current leupold chart, that scope has 85 moa of elevation adjustment , you should be fine

in my opinion, with that cartridge at those ranges, you dont need the 20 moa ,,,,,,,,check the amount of adjustment in your scope,,, you should be fine with mounts with 0 angle built in them

i too have the frankfort arsenal tubmler , its the only case cleaner ive ever used ,,, i use the stainless steel pins and water and cleaner to tumble with , i use a universal depriming die to remove primers before i clean my cases,,,,they come out clean inside and primer pockets very clean,,,, that ...

i agree with rick,,,,slide scope forward a bit to gain more clearance if it doesnt screw up your eye relief,,, i also agree, the barrel isnt going to expand with shooting ,,,,,im always working to get the lowest possible mount , for all the reasons rich and ramos mentioned , just saying, hope this h...
