Re: X-terminator powder NEEDED!!!
FYI from the manufacturer's website: Question: A2230 Data matches Ramshot X-Terminator I’ve noticed on the updated data for the 7.62×39 (5.0.1) that the powder charges for Ramshot X-Terminator and Accurate 2230 are exactly the same, all entries are exactly the same. Is this correct data for these tw...

Re: Members Meet.....Skippy Flies
If you don't take enough, you'll fry one of your pet barrels.....what to do? What to do? :chin: These logistics are pure h3ll! Rick, that is one problem that translates into a good day! water a rag and lay it on the barrel, get another out of the truck! It's therapy for us old guys. I have m...

Re: Members Meet.....Skippy Flies
Sounds like fun Rick, "Nasty Nancy" as she may be known, cooling off in anticipation of engaging Skippy again.... I shot 490 two weeks ago, and 400+ last Saturday. Same field and 4 weeks straight, over 2,000 rds this year in the same 100 acres. The populations are good and the young/dumb o...

Re: 6BR build
That is a nice looking rig. I ordered a new 6BR barrel from McGowen Outlet on Weds. and it was here on friday! Montana to Oregon! It's a 12 twist for the 55-80 Grain Varmint bullets. Savage rifles+ McGowen barrels are very accurate. It's my 6th McGowen rifle.

Re: Opening day fun in No. Cali. Front page news?
Shot yesterday in Southern Oregon and fired 460 rds. Many larger squirrels and what a blast. It's going to be a record year for drought, and squirrels are an indication of this. Last year we shot in Feb. and this year it's Jan. Long shot for me: 223 Rem 53 V-Max , E-Xterminator powder, lc brass, Rem...

It was a great day,
The load: Nosler 32 GR. Lead free bullets, X-Terminator, Norma Brass, Rem 7 1/2
Even though it was not in the "Condor" area we shoot the lead free bullets because they destroy so well.
