Re: Ok guys tell me whats causing this?
Drop a cartridge directly and completely into the chamber, close the bolt, then open it and inspect the case. Is the mark there then, or only when the cartridges feed from the magazine? Don't assume it's the barrel until you do this and see what happens. I saw this on one of my rifles once, and it w...

Re: Is all the Copper rerally out
Best chemical copper removers I've ever used are KG-12 and Boretech Cu+2. They work a bit differently, and of the two I find KG-12 somewhat more effective, but they're both the very best chemical copper (only) cleaners. Even with those, if you want or need every last molecule out, you'll want to get...

Re: FFP Reticles
Your computations are correct, and the NXS is one of a minority of SFP scopes whose reticle marks are correct at less than maximum magnification. That is handy-ish, if you can't get a FFP scope whose reticle suits your needs. However, there are a couple of things to consider: Do you have the scope s...

Re: SAMMI Headspace?
Yeah, the SAAMI data sheet is really illegible, isn't it? Best thing is to look at CIP's drawing. Should be on this page:
http://www.cip-bobp.org/homologation/en ... _type_id=1
Or, go forward or backward in those pages until you see it.

Re: Norma Brass - Neck thickness
I wonder whether NormaUSA has their own 'spec' for brass, that's different from Norma itself (in Europe). Is Nosler no longer buying their component brass from Norma? Have they brought the Silver State capacity online to make Nosler-branded brass now?

Re: Equifax Breach
Yeah, the thing I REALLY dislike about the response to a whole array of significant data breaches is that they typically want MORE personal info, ostensibly to secure your account better. I always ask, either myself or them: Since you cannot keep any information about me to yourself, why in the worl...

Re: Hornady cases loose primer pockets on 5th reload
For me, I pay attention to how easily the primers come out during de-priming. I de-prime after shooting, and before cleaning (stainless pin wet tumbling), or during combo de-priming/sizing if for some reason I'm not cleaning some cases. If they de-prime too easily, subjectively, I discard the case. ...

Re: Equifax Breach
Maybe some of you who have been there can comment: Is it true that some of the fine print (some of the terms or conditions) that you tacitly agree to, in order to find out whether your data was compromised, says that if you use that site then you cannot sue or otherwise claim damages against Equifax...
