I have my own range as well. 150yds is max for me unless I wanted to shoot up the side of a mountain.
I have a rimfire range as well and that one is literally just out my back door. The bench for the rimfire range is under an awning, so, rain, sleet, hail, or sunshine I can be shooting.

It wasn't someone who posts on here, but a member told me to contact him because he had the bullets. I was hesitant to say I was scammed and was kind of hoping the member would post saying he could contact him or that the seller may be sick or something. Something else you may want to try is to lower the powder charge from 28gr. to 27.9. That made a difference in my rifle as the target shows.
