I have my own range as well. 150yds is max for me unless I wanted to shoot up the side of a mountain.
I have a rimfire range as well and that one is literally just out my back door. The bench for the rimfire range is under an awning, so, rain, sleet, hail, or sunshine I can be shooting.

Re: Does anyone know
That still is not good, no matter. Who is the posted on this site that refed you too him. If I missed that, sorry, but maybe all of us should know that person also. I will take the blame for sure on this one. I'm so pissed at myself for not paying attention, but being down sick, bad back, and so ex...

Re: Does anyone know
Well I hope it works out okay. But was there not a post here or another site warning us to be wary of someone posting for another or telling us someone had such and such for sale and contact them ? As I said, hope it works out and you are not out money, but when you start dealing with third parties...

Re: Does anyone know
It wasn't someone who posts on here, but a member told me to contact him because he had the bullets. I was hesitant to say I was scammed and was kind of hoping the member would post saying he could contact him or that the seller may be sick or something. So far zero response when I email the seller....

Does anyone know
Robert Kyle from Texas? He says he has 37gr. CRT bullets which I ordered from him the beginning of Aug. I've yet to receive them. I've tried contacting him recently and haven't gotten any response.

Re: One more test run of the 35 gr Berger bullets.
I'm not sure if that would happen with Nosler brass, but I suppose it is possible. Several years ago I had an old benchrest shooter advise me to either dip the mouth of the brass in black graphite or the bullet. I do the neck of the brass because once a bullet is dipped in graphite it becomes hard t...

Re: One more test run of the 35 gr Berger bullets.
Something else you may want to try is to lower the powder charge from 28gr. to 27.9. That made a difference in my rifle as the target shows.

Re: .223 bolt guns
Boy have I gone thru a lot of 223 rifles and most have been a love hate experience. Of past 223 bolt guns an Interarms Mini Mauser and Mauser 4000 have stood out as, gee I sure should have kept them. Recently my favorite is a Kimber Montana and a Kimber Longmaster Classic. Both rifles seem to like a...

Re: 26gn Varmint Grenades
Any bullet will drift in the wind, as you know. But you will be surprised how little more the 32 will compared to the 40. :) Bill K, I made the mistake of allowing for wind drift on a Bobcat one time. The shot was a bit over 225yds, the wind was around 10mpg going left to right. The Cat was sitting...

Re: reloading for Browning Predator Hunter
I would have thought you could get lock ease from most auto parts stores.
I started using lock ease a number of years ago based on Greg Tannels barrel break in procedures. https://www.gretanrifles.com/
