Can anyone help out with some recommended loads for 223 with reloader 10 and 55 or 60 gn pills please

My Sierra manual only lists loads with RE7.
I also would like to try RE10X with the 55gr Bergers in .223.

Mike the Alliant manaual lists 22 gns for 2974fps at 52300psi for a sierra 55gn spitzer as a maximum charge.
My mate (who asked for this info) was interested to here what results people who had tried came up with
