Weaver V series 4-16 owner opinions needed.

Post by GlennGTR1 »

I have been looking at a lot of scopes in the past few weeks and for the money the Weaver V series is the clearest. I would just like to hear from anyone that has owned one for a while to get an opinion based on use and longevity.

Excellent glass for the money! I've had three for several years: two fine crosshair and one duplex style. I also have a V24 which I'm very satisfied with as well. Good luck with your decision.....

I have a very old V12 that has been on my 6.5x55 from many years. I can't tell the difference between that and my leupold (sp?) VX-III. 'Not sure if the new ones are as good as the old ones??
