I'd expect to pay around $350-$400 on a local classified website if it is in pristine condition.

With all due respect: the older VX II (Roman numeral) and the new, improved VX 2 are two different scopes. There's a LN 6-18x VX 2 for $425 on another site that's had no responses in 3 days. I wouldn't expect much over 300 for a 4-12 VX II.

Uh-oh.....brain fart, sorry. That's correct, and my blunder - sorry. I'd agree that around three bills for a used VX-II would be reasonable.

On eBay, I've seen the majority of VX II 4-12 AO scopes sell between $350 to $400.
