WTB Accutrigger

Post by SecretCode »

Looking for one to fit in savage youth model 11 .243
Wife's gun that I get to play with of course. I was to cheap and unknoledgeable when i bought the gun. Should have forked out the extra cash for the accutrigger model. This trigger pulls very very heavy. Hard to know how well the gun will acctually shoot.
Not looking to break the bank. Trying this route before I would get a rifle basix.

From what I have seen and been doing, I would just order in and install the Rifle Basix trigger. They work very well on the savage actions. :)

Secret Code: Another item that is working very well is the trigger spring kit, from M*Carbo (Mcarbo.com) this kit lightens the trigger release to 2.5 lb and has a return spring to set that at 3.5 lb. It or the Rifle Basix trigger really improve the savage trigger let off and smooth it out. :D
