I have and excellent Remington 700 ADL in 22-250

This is a sporter weight barrel. I would call it 95% only because it has a light spot in the bluing on the side of the barrel. It has no box or paper work. $450 shipped to FFL

Email me for pics if interested.

Round count?

Weight if you don't mind?

That the only stock you have with it?

Approx. age?

Thanks...

That is the only stock with it. I have no idea of the age. It weighs about 7 pounds on my bathroom scales like it is. A guy at my work brought it in and needed cash so I bought it from him. He bought it new and sighted it in but never used it, so I can't honestly give a round count but would guess maybe 20? It has a light spot on the side of the barrel where he said he used a penny to try and get a mark off the bluing. I can send you a bunch of pics if interested. It would make a great walking rifle for coyotes and such. I would rate it at 99% if not for the place on the barrel.

Letter code on the barrel should give you the manufacture date....

The serial number begins with a "E" but I don't see any letter on the barrel, just some marks that look like proof marks?

I appreciate that info!! I looked at the left side of the barrel and there is the proof mark they show in the pic on that website but after that is "31" that's all I see on it. Guess I'll call Remington Monday with the serial number and find out. :?

Is the trigger guard plastic or metal?

Regardless, THAT is a nice rifle.

At worse, a varmint hunter should/could/might have to remove the two wood humps in under the barrel in the forearm...and go shooting.

No humps under the barrel. The trigger guard is metal.

Thanks for your help and info.

Oh well I have 2 S&W pistols on the smith & weson forum that nobody wants either. I guess that's what I get for doing a little safe cleaning. Guess I can put it back in there incase the other one breaks hehehee.

I have a NIB 66 357mag 6" and an excellent 686 357 mag in 6" with matching box papers and tools. $450+shipping on the 66 and $400 +shipping on the 686.

Well your prices seem about right; you should not have too much trouble selling those. I have a duplicate of the M686, one of the most accurate revolvers I've ever owned. A lot of jack rabbits have gone to the Great Alfalfa Patch via that baby.

Good luck with the sale. Will a nice, new 204 be coming your way when they're gone?
