HA! Bill, that's a great bunny shot!

Here's one not so brutal, but just as effective. Used my Cooper 20VT with 32gr NBT over RL-7 for a measly 3,700 fps. The jack was lurking in a sage fence line while I was rat shooting. Saw a dark shadow hip-hopping in the sage at 226 yards......

After hitting a bunch of rats with the 'thwop' report, it is really a "THUNK" when a large bunny takes a good hit amidships!.

Like em all Rick: Yours and anyone else that cares to post the various critters we all enjoy in our ventures into the outdoors and our shooting sport. So nice that so many varmints are available year round, and not permits, tags or drawings on them.. At lease so far. Although Ca. is talking season on coyotes and a fee/tag permit. I sure hope that one does not go through this states totally anti-hunt game commission. Bill K :)

( By the way, I have photos that are pretty dramatic and some that are very mild)

Since we're digressing. I shot these today with a Daiwa 153HSTA baitcaster on top of a G-Loomis MBR 843C/7' pole using a Tony Acceta Pet Spoon trailing 18" behind a weighted and hookless Heddon Hellbender. I was using my Mako 18 LTS amphibious blind for cover. Fits in the garage, too!!!

Good digression there, Skipper! I'm still chuckling. Love the detailed description for the technical minded.

Well what ever rocks your boat.. :D (pun intended) Skipper. At least you used the right caliber for those critters. And they are fit to eat also. Enjoy. I am still smiling on that post. Bill K :)
