A sincere thanks to all for your thoughs and prayers. I never expected this, almost died (again), and your messages to me expressing such emotion has really moved me.

I'm sitting in a hospital 'rec' room, gown, plugged into more IV's than seems possible, but you guys have brought tears to my eyes knowing I've got so many friends out there that feel the way you do.

Thanks Captqc for filling in for me. I'll check back later, right now it's back to my room with my nurse for my first 'real' food in almost a week: applejuice! It's a big deal, so you can imagine having ice chips as "food" for that long.

Thanks again to you all - What a great botherhood we have here. I love you guys.

Rick--Thanks for taking the time to type in a word or two about your situation. It is good to hear that you are doing better and haven't lost your sense of humor! Hang in there and you'll soon graduate from apple juice to solid foods. My thoughts and prayers are with you for a speedy and full recovery.

It's good to hear from you. You gave us all a pretty good scare. The fact that you're hungry is a good sign. Don't push yourself too much. We are grateful that you're up and about and able to type on the computer, another good sign. Take care and a speedy recovery.

Rick, that really made my day seeing your post. Glad you're making progress and felt like getting on the computer to update us. Hope you're up and at it soon. Glad you "steered" me toward my Cooper rifle, it's a real shooter!
Take care, and prayers still headed your way.
