Thanks VS. Bill, please disregard the PM I sent about the flyer. I was shooting with Brooks today and he said the folks at Huntingtons (RCBS) are saying the opposite. I'm going to try and find the official wording and will let you know what I find. Randy.

I can see where Huntington would not be effected by the law. They are in Ca and so can still send within state. But those dealers outside Ca are the one's that will not be able too. At least that is what and how the law reads, which goes into effect Jan 1, 2018
Overall we will just have to wait and see when the time comes, if and how some think they will get around the law/s and not be charged or arrested, etc. Bill K
