Fulfillment of a life long dream! ... Updated with story!

Last night just before dark, I was able to finally get a mature bull. He's not huge, but he's not small either. This was a general tag, not a limited entry hunt. I feel very fortunate and blessed!
My second oldest son, Kody was with me as well as my good friend Victor who's help with the messy work was invaluable. With just over two hours of sleep last night, I am still on cloud nine!

After you decend from Cloud 9, be sure to give us all the details....caliber, distance, etc. I bet there's a place on a wall in the house for this boy!

Being an easterner I would'nt know a big elk from a baby but that looks like one big elk to me!!!
Congratulations Brian. You've got more horn on that head than all the whitetails put together I've seen in the last twenty years.
