Only thing I was not sure about was the farthest measurement. The two higher up holes are right at the center of the targets black dot/center. But I tried to measure from the center of the dot to the center of the lowest bullet hole and that is where I came up with the .250 measure, for farthest.. Oh well, right or wrong, that is what I had. Bill K

I know we have time, until the end of the month deadline. But only four entries, so far ? One rimfire and four 204R. Surely other's have entries, how about seeing more ? Bill K

Group... .228
Farthest .250
Total .478
Savage Axis with 26 inch varmint contour, factory barrel bought from a site member and put on this action
T36 Weaver
Hornady brass reloaded with CFE 223, near max load under a Hornady z-max bullet.
Sand bags, from and rear over the hood of my jeep at 100 yards. Some wind, but not much, cloudy skies, temp around 65.

In the target photo you see a group on the other one inch red dot, that is the same load, but with Nosler 32 grain Lead free, need to work on that load, not bad for jacks, but sure would not work well on squeeks. Bill K
I shot a group like that once but then I woke up. Very nice!

I signed onto the On-Target system, so here is a photo showing the measuring, via that system. Sure is much better than my old caliber way. Bill K

I would say, that you measured outside to outside, re=measure center to center of the bullet holes and you will bring you group size down and have it correct, as to measuring. But all in all, looking good. even if I had to turn sideways to check it out...just joshing. Bill K

Those Savage LRPVs are very accurate rifles for a moderate investment. A true value in a 204 Ruger, if accuracy is your goal. I like 'em. :wtg:

Wow. It worked.
Ok. So I didn't quite follow the rules.
I needed to check the zero on the .204
The first shot was a little low and right. The 2nd followed suit. (Cold clean barrel)
Then shot another 3 shot group. Bob on if you ask me.
My Remington 700 is only a 3 shot too loader.
I only just thought to post it in this months challenge. I will on the next do I five shot group.
27.8gr H4895 and 32gr v-max bullet. Nosler Brass.
