2022 Five Shot Challenge Input Needed

I'm teetering on a new name this year. 2022 Five Shot Extravaganza, Ghost Bulls Eye Challenge. Whatcha think??

Not sure what a ghost bullseye is. Meaning blank, so the cross hairs don't sit on a line ? Something to make it more of a challenge, is great.

Skipper I like that idea. Makes it even more like shooting one of our small varmints, rather than an average paper target. "Get it Done", should be fun this way.

I like that Skipper. More like shooting our small varmints. And we are shooting/scoring group size, so centering it on a X would not matter. Should be a mite more interesting, since we do shoot little targets at extended ranges. "Get it Done" and roll with something like that.

We still only have 8 members expressing interest.

Thanks jwsmith1959, but we have over four thousand members. I know a there are some who really look forward to the competition but then there are others that don't. In years past we have used it as a membership drive. I just don't know if it has lost its appeal??

So, the really good shooters are bored with a garden variety bullseye? I can barely see one of those!!!

Never bored with a bullseye, do shoot some of them, often at the club range. But I sure do shoot a lot more little/live critters and they are fun to be giving acrobatic lessons too. Plus throw in some rock chucks and coyotes for a lot larger target. On any of those, you must pick a spot and plant your bullet spot on.

The rules will say that you cannot use any sort of sighting aid. No stick on dots, clear plastic cover sheet with crosshairs or any other sort of projecting/superimposing an actual bulls eye onto the target. A gentleman word is his honor!
